Within Mandelieu there are two golf courses, tennis courts and good bus services. The beach is a 15 minute walk away along the riverbank that runs alongside. The location is ideally situated to explore the Riviera coast from Italy to St. Tropez, including Nice, Antibes and Monaco. Further inland the enchanting hilltop villages and towns of the Alps Maritime, including Mougins, Grasse, St Paul de Vence and Eze are only a short drive away. For the more adventurous, skiing is available at Isola 2000 which is a 1 1/2 hour drive away

Alongside Marina Parc is an attractive river which you can walk along to the sea and the beaches. There is a fitness trail alongside the development which leads onto a lovely walk along the picturesque riverbank down to the sea. There is a large marina along the river with shops, restaurants and bars. A little way along the riverbank is a lovely mini golf complex - check out the ice creams here - excellent! Parking is available in a secure underground car park.

Area description:

Marina Parc is located within Mandelieu La Napoule. It is only 6 km from the centre of Cannes. The sea front, which is within walking distance of the apartment, offers sandy beaches with water sport equipment hire facilities. The chateau and town of Napoule is also well worth a visit. The apartment is conveniently located with a large supermarket only 2 minutes walk away, in front, on the cobbled streets there are quaint markets every week. There are also numerous restaurants, shops, two mini golf courses and two full size golf courses very close to the development. In the town of Mandelieu there is a Giant supermarket complex. Marineland and adventure land are about 25 minutes drive towards Nice. The Zoo at Cap ferrat, although small has some unusual animals and is very friendly. Mandelieu is home to one of the oldest golf courses on the Riviera, the newer Trent Jones designer course is also a short drive away, making this apartment ideal for a golfing holiday.
