Very nice holiday! The apartment was lovely and spacious, neighbourhood was nice and safe, the two terraces were wonderful and the kitchen was nice and practical. We were very happy with our stay there. Olivier, the very helpful owner even picked us up from the airport when we arrived. This was a lot better choice than a hotel!

Fantastic place. The landlord is extremely helpful. The apartment is very tastefully decorated with antiques and "ethnic" items (beautiful African masks). Very well located (less than 10 minutes walk to Place Garibaldi) and yet very quiet. I cannot find anything negative to write about. Well, just to be fussy, maybe I could say that the mattress was slightly too bland.

This is not 5 star accomodation but I was very happy with the landlord, property and price. The appartment is very cosy and comfortable and is full of french character. If you want a bit of culture and something different then I highly reccomend it. The landlord was very friendly and brought us coissants and milk for our breakfast on arrival. The property is in a good location and only a 10 minuite walk to the beach, old town and shopping area. I cannot complain for the price and my family had the most glorious evenings dinning in the terrace under the flowers.

Lovingly furnished appartment, in good, quiet location with gorgeous decks and friendly neighbourhood cat... Great service from private landlord, yes it is a quirky french appartment but that is half of the attraction over a standard hotelroom.

Well appointed apartment with 2 patios and airy inside space.Uncomfortable furniture & bed with poor quality linen. Insufficient hot water and a dangerous `step` in the bathroom were serious concerns.Use of garage was important and necessary.

Great apartment for a couple. Not very practical in terms of sleeping accommodation for more. Very spacious with two large terraces. Private location with a good view of mountains and city.Owner is very attentive to any requests for assistance.

this is a fantastic apt in a very convenient location. an easy walk to either the sea or Chimiez. This is not your ordinary rental apt. this is a HOME. very well designed, decorated, and appointed. it was an absolute privilege to stay here.

Lovely apartment, great location, everywhere was walkable, really recommend it. The landlord could not have been nicer. One important point - it is not the most child-friendly apartment. It is full of artefacts which really enhance the property but when we got there with our toddler we had to move all of these out of reach of him!
