The Maisonette is a charming place with a wonderful view that will only be better once the planned balcony is built. Great location, central to Old Antibes, next to the beach, close to the Provencal Market, and the Picasso Museum is practically next door! Dealing with the owner via email regarding payment was easy and pleasant.

Landlord reply: Thank you for your comments. I would be most grateful if you would let me know what you found in terms of the cleanliness. That is something I think is greatly important and would be interested to improve.Also, I will be adding a balcony this winter so one can sit on the 2nd floor and view the alps and the sea. At that time I will be painting the entire little house as part of the construction process.Cheers!
