-This gorgeous, 4th floor, 1 bedroom apartment is ideal for a romantic holiday. It has a lovely private terrace and a great `cocoon` feel to it, but is literally minutes walk to everything Antibes has to offer. A 7 minute walk to the beach. Both the bedroom and the living room open onto the 13m2 terrace where there is a table and seating to enjoy all your meals al fresco. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa and armchair and Satellite TV and DVD. The bathroom is newly fitted and has a modern feel, with a large shower area. The whole apartment has been very tastefully decorated and to a high standard.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a cleaning/laundry fee of 50 euros payable in cash on departure.

Area description:

This apartment is located between the train station and the Old Town of Antibes. Everything you could wish for is within a short walk. The local Antibes beach La Gravette is less a 7 minute walk away, past street cafes, shops and restaurants, then through the medieval arch of the Ramparts, and past some of the `smaller` yachts in the famous marina.
The daily Provencal Market is not to be missed, with a fabulous array of fresh produce on offer, early evening the site turns into a market of local artists which is equally lovely to browse through. A few steps from here is the Picasso Museum, which contain works that he produced while living there. The train station, a 4 minute walk, will take you easily anywhere along the coast, it`s a lovely view in either direction, though especially towards Monaco, which should not be missed

A very user-friendly and charming property, close to the old town and most of the places torists want to visit. The balcony running the length of the apartment made it seem light and airy, and bigger than it was. We spent a lot of time out there. The decor was stylish, and was obviously more than just a rental property -it was someone`s home. Really enjoyable.Aline
