Guest comments:

There were cockroaches in the property and other small bugs in the bathroom. The fact that there was no lift made it very difficult to access with luggage and the rooftop location is quiet eery at night especially as the client right next door sleeps with door opened which startled us on returning to our room the first night. We paid 40 euro for the use of bed linen and towels yet only recieved a bath towel each and AN EXTRA small towel for 6 days!! Bed linen and Towels should be inclusive as people d`ont bring these on holidays. We were also asked to clean the property before leaving....that a hover would be dropped in.....we refused to do this as we were on our holidays. This property is only sufficent for 1 person.

Landlord reply: Le problème des insectes est malheurement récurent à Nice et nous essayons d`y remédier en appliquant de manière continue des produits insecticides non toxiques.J`ai été très déçue de la location de Julie Desmond et son amie car non seulement je suis allée les chercher en voiture gracieusement à plus de 21 heures mais ayant reçu un appartement propre et rangé, elles-même ne le contestent pas puisqu`elles appliquent une note de 8, en 6 jours elles ont laissé un appartement sale et non rangé, avaient fouillé les sacs dans les placards, et en plus admettent avoir refusé de faire le ménage.Devant leur mauvaise foi totale, je ne leur ai pas demandé un centime pour faire le ménage et l`ai fait faire à mes frais bien que sur place il y ait tous les produits et accessoires pour le faire.Je tiens à préciser que sur le site de Primary rentals il est précisé que les draps et serviettes ainsi que le ménage de fin de séjour sont des options non incluses dans le prix et que les locataires sont au courant avant de louer et qu`il est trop facile de se plaindre après. De même pour le fait que l`appartement se situe au 5ème étage sans ascenseur.
