Detailed property description:

-This 2 bedroom first floor apartment is in a quiet street, a few streets from the Marina, train station, beach and Old Town. It`s a 9/10 minute walk to the beach. The master bedroom has a king size bed (160 cm)and opens on to a sunny balcony with table and chairs, ideal for an al fresco breakfast. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed (140 cm)and also its own balcony with outdoor furniture.
In the living area there are a further 2 sofas that convert into beds. There is a dining table and chairs for 6. The kitchen is fitted with everything you could need, including dishwasher and washing machine.
The luxury bathroom has a shower, heated towel rails and a new corner bath. There is a separate toilet. The apartment has satellite TV, wifi and an x-box. The apartment is air-conditioned and is spacious, light and open plan, perfect for a family holiday.

PLEASE NOTE: there is a 70 euro cleaning/laundry fee payable in cash on departure.

Area description:

This apartment is located between the train station and the Old Town of Antibes. Everything you could wish for is within a short walk. The local Antibes beach La Gravette is less a 7 minute walk away, past street cafes, shops and restaurants, then through the medieval arch of the Ramparts, and past some of the `smaller` yachts in the famous marina.
The daily Provencal Market is not to be missed, with a fabulous array of fresh produce on offer, early evening the site turns into a market of local artists which is equally lovely to browse through. A few steps from here is the Picasso Museum, which contain works that he produced while living there. The train station, a 3 minute walk, will take you easily anywhere along the coast, it`s a lovely view in either direction, though especially towards Monaco, which should not be missed.

The apartment was ideally located for everything, we sure took advantage of the train station and free bus to the beach each day.May I suggest a medical kit be available with a tensor bandage inside. only because when I needed one it was very late Saturday night and all the pharmacies were closed on Sundays.

Good to have lift;location convenient. Didn`t like smell of Fabreseon furniture.Michelle very helpful. A modern apartment, so lacking anything French or charming. Good supply of hot water.We expect to buy basics but hardly anything to be going on with e.g. 2 dishwasher tablets

We really enqjoyed the property, which is in a very good location. Only small gripes would be that it is a bit dark and there was a mix-up regarding cot and high chair - although the prperty details state that cot and high chair are available you have to ask for them and we didn`t! But was sorted out after a delay of a day or so.
