This 3rd floor 1 bedroom apartment is in a brand new, prestige residence with lift. it has views of the marina. It is in a perfect location for a holiday rental, being close to the port, beach, Old Town, really everything that Antibes has to offer. It is a 6/7 minute stroll to the beach. The open plan kitchen and living area leads to the terrace with table and chairs perfect for outdoor dining. The kitchen has been finished to a high standard and includes a full length fridge/freezer, dishwasher and breakfast bar. The living area has Sky satellite TV and a DVD with a choice of DVD`s. There is a bathroom with bath/shower and a seperate toilet. The bedroom has a queensize bed and full length fitted wardrobes and a portable air-conditioning unit for the hotter months. The whole apartment has been tastefully furnished to a high standard.

There is secure parking available to rent under the building. On booking of apartment please also mention if you would like to book the parking space as it is also available to rent for other apartments.

This is the ideal apartment for a romantic getaway for two.

NOTE: there is a 50 euro cleaning/laundry fee payable in cash on departure.

Area description:

Antibes is known for its yacht marina, the biggest in Europe, with its International Quay which often has some of the biggest yachts in the World, its Provencal market, Picasso museum and Medieval Remparts. It has its own sheltered, sandy beach. The Provencal produce market runs every morning in the summer and is not to be missed. In the evening it turns into an outdoor restaurant scene, sharing the space with local artists stalls.
Antibes is perfectly placed on the Riviera between Monaco and Cannes. The train ride along the coast is very scenic in either direction and is the perfect way to explore the coast. Don`t miss the fabulous Casino of Monaco, or a stroll along the Croisette in Cannes. Closer to home is Juans-les-Pins with its renowned nightlife.

You could improve the usefulness of the flat by mentioning the lift and the harbourview from the balcony.

TV needs to be fully in use as this could be an issue in non summer months.Beach towels would be usefulProblems with lift as not working some days and emergency starwell lights not working on every floor.Balcony table/chairs not of a standard you would expect from this quality of property.No mirrors apart from bathroom.Extra bed pillows would be usefulMichelle very helpful.
