We arrived late in the evening and had to find where to pick up the keys. Luckily we had a very patient bus driver! Also, it was not clear where to deposit the keys on departure.All in all the apartment is very comforatble and in a very good location. Suited our needs just perfectly. Thank you!

Landlord reply: The keys are always available even in case of late arrival but we are going to describe extensively how to pick up/deposit them.

Booking the accomodation was a little difficult. The first stage was the actual booking through primary real estate then we were given contact details for then owner and were then asked to deal with the estate agent. As correspondence was through email confirming the booking & payments was slow & to be honest I was a little nervous that it was all legitimate, but it all worked out in the end and the property was perfect for our needs.
