Guest comments:

Contracts were in French, so we didn`t realise there was a check in time limit, we were just told to ring and say when we were arriving. This didn`t fit with office hours and they wanted to charge us ?40 for staying late. The bathroom needs a proper clean as inside the shower when the doors are shut it reveals a lot of grime which isn`t nice. The Aircon is very noisey in the bedroom and has a life of it`s own, the batteries in the remotes were either dead or very low so we couldn`t switch it off without using the circuit breakers. The toilet seat was broken and unusable and the light switches didn`t seem to do anything - only the plug in lamps worked (apart from light when you enter di work). No main light working on balcony or in lounge area or bedroom.The place is fine and was tidy. Needs a refurb though.

Piscine sur le toit très sympa. Gestion des parkings en sous sol pas toujours simple avec co locataires non respectueux des places attribuées.Centre ville donc très bruyant, heureusement bonne isolation et clim !Des travaux de rafraichissement à entreprendre ds appartement !!CdltSC

There were no sheets available (we thought they were part of package).The shower unit was broken (ie. not fixed to wall).the toilet seat was broken.The mattress was heavily stained and we had to clean the whole place.What happened to the twice weekly cleaning service?

Landlord reply: Bed sheets are not included in the package but possibility to rent as mentionned on the lease.What happened to the twice cleaning service??? Not included but you can also ask for that everyday if needed...but there is a cost ...as mentionned on the lease again.If any trouble to read the french language, just ask me whatever you want instead on complaining after and it will be a pleasure for me to reply...
