Nathalie was very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay in Nice and the apartment. The only problem was that the washing machine was not working. Nathalie came once to fix it, but it still didn`t work.

Natalie, who met us and came to the apartment when we left was very helpful. The lower score for `ease of occupation` reflects it being up over 100 steps, but we knew that before we arrived.

The property was exactly as described and expected. It is very nice and everything is working well (hair dryer is a bit noisy). We enjoyed our stay very much and will almost certainly come again. The only disadvantage is the 5th floor without lift - on the other hand we took that as an exercise.
