Guest comments:

The property did not have laundry facilities. Francois, the owner, also did not want us using the machine in her apartment. There was considerable dust on shelves, including in the kitchen where the cups were kept. An ash tray in the kitchen had ashes in it.Kitchen appliances had splattered food/coffee on them. The kitchen counter had coffee grounds and stains that required cleaning.The fireplace could not contain the smoke. It was drawn upward, but not sufficiently. The radiators gave off little heat, even turned on full.The beds were extremely hard. The fee for hiring someone to clean the apartment upon our departure was $100 Euros (or was it dollars?), double what I pay in New York for someone who actually cleans.
