Les Jardins de Pomone is a very modern architectural contemporary style villa set in private lawned grounds in a closed domaine with electric entrance gates. There are twenty four other properties in the domaine but each are very private and are not overlooked. The Leger Art Museum is a 3 minute walk and is next to the domain and is highly guarded so the level of security in the area is high.

There is a large circular communal pool with a diving board, the pool has varying depths between 2m-3m approx. The pool is in full sun all day long and there is a smaller paddling pool for infants with a depth of 0.5m. The pool area is set in beautiful landscaped gardens with palm trees for shade, this is not used by all the houses as many of them have their own private pool. Each house has a cabane next to the pool where you will find the sunloungers that can be used.

There is also a tennis court, a minutes walk from the villa for residents use. There are well maintained sports facilities solely for residents use. A full size hardcourt tennis court with a basketball area.

The villa is walkable approx. 20 mins. into the lovely village of Biot with it`s many restaurants, galleries and shops. If you do not wish to walk there is a regular shuttle bus from the main road upto the village.

Inside the Property
The house is a quality house with a decoration inspired by Hempel Hotel in London and Bvlgari in Milano. The main colors used in the house is white, beige and chocolate brown.

The villa is on 2 levels and was completely renovated and modernised in 2006. Decorated in a modern style and finished to a high standard with marble floors, Philippe Starck bathroom fittings and a modern kitchen . The villa is spacious and bright featuring clean lines and neutral colours throughout. The furniture is mainly Italian and the bed and bath linen is 100% cotton and feather.

The lower level of the villa comprises of the entrance hall, utility/second kitchen, four of the five bedrooms and access to the outside dining area and the garden. Three of the bedrooms can be found off a corridor on the lower level with the family bathroom, and the fourth bedroom is situated next to the garden access. The downstairs bedrooms have 140cmx190 beds. Bedrooms one, three and four have ensuite showers and basins and bedroom two has the use of the family bathroom which has a 180cm long bath with shower attachments and a separate toilet. Off the entrance hall is a large open central staircase leading to the upper level.

The 1st floor is the main living area with has the main kitchen and dining area, Sat TV (French TPS with BBC and CNN) / library area, a guest toilet and the master suite. The living area is extended by opening the glass patio doors which lead onto the upper terraces with another dining area. Sumptious white sofas surround a 110 plasma screen tv, with a surround sound system. Further armchairs are found in the library area.

The kitchen is L shaped with a central island as the main feature with a 90cm induction hob. The kitchen is fully equipped and has cutlery and crockery (Wedgwood design by Jasper Conran) for 16 people.
