Beauriful 2 bedroomed apartment located in a prestigioius building located rigth by the beach at the start of the Cap d`Antibes. Well decorated and maintained but very comfortable. Lots of light as there are floor to celing windows in all main rooms. Apt is east - west facing so there is sun all day long. Proximity to fantastic markets and shops makes for great dining. But there are also a host of great restaurants and brasseries nearby too. The sandy beach is really close and there are even lunch stalls on the beach. The sea is clean and safe and there is a private pool for the builiding if preferred. It is a short walk into the old town or to the nightlife of Juan les Pins, There is a private parking place right by the entrance to the apartment. It is a fabulous holiday destination for all ages

Area description:

Antibes is a charming old town located between Nice and Cannes. Nice airport is only half an hour`s drive. The apartment is at the start of the Cap d`Antibes so there is lots of greenery around.
There is a free local bus that runs from the beach to several locations in town for those that prefer not to walk. Antibes boasts one of the deepest harbours in Europe and is a delightful spot. There is a fantastic Narche Provencal selling wonderful local produce. Nearby are lots of wonderful small towns such as St Paul de Vence, Biot, Grasse, Mougins and Eze where you will find lovely shope snd restaurants

It was not clean and the appartment was old. To many tings that belonged to the owner had not been removed.

Landlord reply: The cleaner was replaced after this stay as her mother was dying and she was distraught. The property is not a hotel room and so we leave some personal possessions to enhance the enjoyment of our guests` stay in our home.
