Our recently modernised and refurbished, one bedroom apartment in Chamonix can sleep up to 4 people, and is perfect for couples and small families. Located close to the Chamonix centre, Residence Chamois Blanc offers easy access to the numerous restaurants, bars and shops the town has to offer. A bus stop providing free bus services to all the pistes within the area is literally on your doorstep. Just a few minutes walk away is the Aguille du Midi cable car, which will take you up to the rambling paths beneath Mont Blanc and the longest off-piste skiing route in the world . Astounding views are guaranteed.

Our recently modernised and refurbished,one bedroom apartment in Chamonix can sleep up to 4 people, and is perfect for couples and small families. Located close to the Chamonix centre, the Residence Chamois Blanc offers easy access to the numerous restaurants, bars and shops the town has to offer. A bus stop providing free bus services to all the pistes within the area is literally on your doorstep. Just a few minutes walk away is the Aguille du Midi cable car, which will take you up to the rambling paths beneath Mont Blanc and the longest off-piste skiing route in the world. Astounding views are guaranteed.The apartment overlooks a tranquil garden and benefits from a balcony with views to Brevent and along the Chamonix Valley. Four people can sleep comfortably in the double bedroom and in the lounge furnished with two single sofa beds. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-plate electric hob, oven, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle and coffee maker and is well stocked with utensils. After a hard day on the slopes you can relax in front of the LCD TV watching DVDs or TV programmes. The apartment has undergone refurbishment including redecoration, new floors and new furniture. Due to its location and recent refurbishment, this apartment would suit those looking for central, comfortable accommodation over a flexible period.

Landlord reply: New shower bracket has been installed ? thank you for pointing to this. Regarding other comments: 1) The DVD player is there. It is integrated in the TV set as described on the webpage. 2) We keep in the wardrobe only a couple of spare blankets (not equipment). If not needed they could be moved by a tenant to any other storage in the apartment. 3) Walls ? standard load bearing 150 mm reinforced concrete, as in most modern buildings. If accidentally you have had noisy tenants next door, one phone call to our representative would solve the problem. My general comment is: our staff in Chamonix is there to help and make your stay as enjoyable as possible. They will be happy to show how to operate the DVD player or help to move blankets to a different cupboard, change a bulb or have a word with over-active neighbours.

We had a most enjoyable stay. The apartmjent was very conveniently placed for the ski bus and only a few minutes walk from the town centre.A couple of negative points were the bath towells were old and hard and there was no light in the loo. also it was smaller than we had imagined and would have been too small for 4 adults.Many thanks

Landlord reply: Many thanks for the kind words and high rating of the apartment. About the negative points: sorry for the bulb a phone cal to the in-resort managers (phone numbers are on the entrance door) would solve the problem immediately; towels are less than two years old, but I will check them again; about the size the floor area is 27 sq m as it is stated on the webpage and most of 1-bedroom apartments in central Chamonix are of this size (I cannot resist to mention that they are marketed by many big operators as "sleeps five"). Above all, it is important to us to hear that you enjoyed your stay and we thank you for choosing our apartment.

Good location and good price! Well equipped. would recommend. Staff really helpful too. You just have to take pot luck with the parking though!

Landlord reply: Refurbishment of the underground garage is completed and parking is not a problem anymore. Places there are ALWAYS available. There are no extra charges for access to the underground parking. Please, request a remote control for the garage gate if you are arriving by car.
