The coutyard is pretty and a useful area and catches the afternoon sun. Access is via a narrow staircase which may not be suitable for all people. All rooms have windows overlooking a garden with views across the town. Contempory living area with double height beamed ceiling, tiled floor, well equiped american kitchen with dining area. Cosy traditional snug / bedroom 2. Modern Shower room with window. Staircase leading to romantic bedroom double doors to beautiful ensuite bathroom with heated floor and hand made wall tiles.
Staircase to small roof terrace where you can watch the sunrise over the rooftops and set over the mountains and escape the noise and bustle of the Old Town. The roof terrace is not safe for children as the wall is low. It has a lockable door and must be used responsible by everyone.

Area description:

The apartment is moments from all the restaurants, cafes and shops yet is very peaceful. The sandy Gravette beach is 5 minutes away or a walk around the ramparts will take you to Royale beach in 10 minutes.
The wonderful covered Marche Provencal is minutes away as is the Picasso museum and Cathedral. Place National has markets on Thursdays and Saturdays.
The station is 10 minutes walk and trains run frequently to Nice, Monaco and on to Italy or to Cannes and St Raphael from where you can catch a ferry in summer to St Tropez.
