These small NEGRESCO STUDIOS are accessed by a lift, or the grand staircase (this one is on the 4TH floor), This studio consists of a double sleeper couch, built in cupboards, a small table and chairs. There is a new large LCD flat screen TV. The newly tiled bathroom consists of a shower, basin and toilet. Although the studios have a large window they have no sea view and look directly into a courtyard area. The room is small and basic but it is in one of the most famous land mark buildings in Nice.
The beach is directly in front of the building. You can view over a hundred international cable channels on the large LCD screen. Full access to the internet (broad band) (numeri-cable). The apartment is 5 km from NICE AIRPORT airport and 18 km from MONACO.
