Antibes Train Station is the most convenient. Antibes is on the Paris-Nice line. Fast trains (TGV) from Paris stop at Antibes, as well as sleeper trains. There are also local trains serving most of the coastal towns from Italy/Monaco to Marseille. Train station 2-3 km. Nice airport is 19 km away.

owner has still not returned the substantial damage and fuel deposit, some 45% of the rent, six weeks after vacating the property in spite of the lease stipulating it would be returned within two weeks. (Donald Fraser) Landlord reply: This is an odd comment from a family that was very late making their initial and secondary deposits on the villa rental.This was also a rare off season winter rental, for a month. For these type rentals the tenant pays a lower rent but places a deposit to pay their expenses or charges such as gas, electric, internet and so forth and we must wait for those numbers, after tenants departure, to calculate what is owed back to tenant.All the other rentals through the year are typically for a week or 2 and all charges are included in that weekly rent and so we only need to check for damage and then return money within the normal period.This family has been paid. Big and comfortable with homely furnishings to make staying with children (11yrs and 1 yr) relaxing. The nearby beach was wonderful and the village shops provided all we could have wanted for holiday food. The fridge was pretty noisy at night, but we shut the door to the kitchen, which worked. We used the terraces beside the pool for lunch and outside the living room for drinks and the view was delightful. We would happily stay again. Thank you.
