Chalet Le Courtil is situated on the sunny side of the Chamonix valley, 2 minutes walk from the centre of town.
it has five bedrooms, plus a self contained mazot (garden house).
There is a dining room on the balcony level with open fire and at the garden level is a living/tv room.
There is a garage and drying room. The gardens are large and have plenty of parking.

Area description:

Chamonix Mt Blanc is the world capital of mountain sports with unlimited possibilities for both extreme and family skiing/boarding and climbing/mountaineering.
It also has far more than that, with superb road and mountain biking, mountain and valley hiking and other activities such as a Robert Trent Jones designed golf course, fishing, horse riding and rafting.
Chamonix town also has a leisure complex with pool, tennis, climbing wall and a summer luge and activities park, bowling and finally upmarket shopping.
It is located on the border of Switzerland and Italy an hours drive from Geneva.
