It is in this haven of peace that is located this majestic villa with a panoramic sea view on the Cape d`Antibes. The interior is decorated with taste in the style of a palace of Provence which makes profiting from clear colors bringing a cordial environment. Luminous on request thanks to broad picture windows, the parts are equipped with a beautiful furniture of the XVIIIe century. The property, very privative, can accomodate in a great comfort a dozen people thanks to six luxurious rooms distributed on a livable surface of 700m² and offers, amongst other things, a swimming pool heated with the summer kitchen for the meals in the open air, a jacuzzi overhanging a splendid sea sight, billiards room, an auxiliary office and even an elevator!
If you remain in Cannes for the period of great activity of the season lecturer, avoid the crowd in the hotels four or five stars overloaded and choose rather a luxurious villa in Super Cannes!

La maison est fabuleuse et facile à utiliser avec ou sans enfants. La dame qui s`occupe du ménage est discrète et efficace. La propriété est vraiment magnifique et on se sent en sécurité. (Brancard) We had an extended family reunion in the Palais Provencal de Super Cannes during the last week of July 2008. We found our stay remarkably pleasant. The villa comfortably accommodated the families in separate quarters allowing privacy for each. The spacious multiple indoor and outdoor seating areas provided the right ambience for each occasion and setting. The manager Anna and the cleaning lady Dorota, who resided in the basement, were extremely friendly, trustworthy, and helpful. They provided an excellent service without intrusion. The protection dog was very playful with kids. (nabil haddad) Overall it was a nice stay but simple things such as clean towels everyday or replacement towels for the pool were lacking. The master bathroom was not quite fresh. We also had to buy even basic supplies like salt and pepper, sugar etc. I would think that these sort of basics should be in the villa especially as people must leave them behind! Surprised to get an electricity and water bill of more than £100 for one week! I think it should be included in the price.
