We have secure underground parking fascility.Luxurious shops and stylish restaurants are within proximity.The most famous rue d`Antibes is only steps away and the "Croisette" with its well known hotels such as the Martinez, the Hilton and the Carlton is within 1 to 5min walking distance. The style is modern and exclusive.
It is very bright and offers a partiel sea vue from the living room balconie.
There is a table and 4 chairs on the angle balcony, a perfect place to enjoy your meals.
There are 2 bedrooms with 4 single beds. All beds can be converted into doubles.
All bedrooms have A/C and double glazing.
There is a confortable double sofa bed in the living room (140x200cm).
Re smoking:
To avoid bad smell, please do NOT smoke in the apartment.
If need be you can smoke on the balconies. Thank you.
Re parking:
we do have a secure underground parking on level minus 2.
Parking costs 50.-E p/w (cash on arrival).

Best location in Cannes! No car needed since"everything" is within 10min walking distance.
Take the airport bus from Nice or come by train. Then walk for max 5min from the bus / train station to the flat.
Cannes is famous for its film festival and it`s very mild climate with blue sky most of the year.
It is ideal for holiday since beaches are all sand and very close to the apartment.
There are great restaurants near by and a beautiful promenade.
During the months of July and August above the sea of Cannes, at least 5 magnificent fireworks (sound + musik) are presented each year.
The romantic old town of Mougin is within 15min drive and the `Esterel` mountains are great for hiking.
Most well known actors are coming to the city during mid May.
Cannes is also famous for its congresses and exhibitions.
By train: 40min to Nice, 1hrs to Monaco and Italy!
