It is in a great location for those looking to explore the busy towns on Antibes and Juan les Pins. Nestled on the hilltop, you experience nice breezes in the hot summer sun. On the downside, it is in a busy neighborhood with lots of cars and mopeds whizzing by. It is quite noisy and for those looking for a quiet getaway, this is not the place. The beaches are crowded in August and towns quite bustling. For a family with young children, I would not recommend this house because it is filled with breakables. The house is as described, but the owner lives in it usually, so her stuff is throughout the house. The furnishings are okay, but a bit on the older side and used. The pool was great and we made use of it every day. The house itself was a great layout allowing places for shade and sun all over.
