Minimum rental 1 week.Due to rising cost of flights rentals are now Wednesday to Wednesday but other days available if possible,(not in peak season).A refundable deposit of £200 against damage,loss or cleaning 8 weeks prior to arrival, returned within 2 weeks after departure from apartment.30%(non refundable) of the total rental cost to secure booking.The balance plus the security deposit 8 weeks prior to arrival.Late bookings,whole amount payable on booking.Arrivals idealy between 2 PM and 7 PM depart before 10 AM.
This is one of the most sought after areas on the Cote d`Azur described as the jewel of the French Riviera where the climate is warmer and the sun shines 300 days of the year. Near Theoule-sur-mer on the edge of the L`Esterel Forest the apartment is situated in a superb location at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet residential area(not a holiday complex) overlooking the bay of La figuerette. A 3 minute drive or a 15 minute walk will take you to the bay of La figuerette where you will find the private beach with a bar providing good food for a reasonable price. Adjacent to this is the marina where you will also find a bar and top class restaurant(May to September)
Theoule sur mer is 5kms away and has shops, restaurants and super market.There are beautiful sandy beaches with water sports,wind surfing,water skiing and sailing.
Tennis can be found at Mandelieu La Napoule where boat trips may be booked to the surrounding islands. You may desire driving inland to explore the history and culture of surrounding towns and villages. Very nicely located apartment. Excellent near-by sandy beach with a small number of good restaurants, and one excellent - "Piere Pascal". Excellent location for walking in the Esterelle. Good sized main bed room. Lovely balcony view. Points 1 and 2 below are things which happen and one lives with, but point 3 was problematic. At foot of point 1, apartment is suitable for 4 at max. and ideal for 2.1. Bedroom 2 has no window and measures 5 feet by 6 feet. It is the equivalent of asking people to sleep on the shelves of a small walk-in hot press.2. The site describes the apartment as having "Parking". The apartment did not have it`s own parking space and shared parking was scarce or 4 minutes away.3. Apartment very damp on take-up and for the first week.
