Remarques locataire :

Very nicely located apartment. Excellent near-by sandy beach with a small number of good restaurants, and one excellent - "Piere Pascal". Excellent location for walking in the Esterelle. Good sized main bed room. Lovely balcony view. Points 1 and 2 below are things which happen and one lives with, but point 3 was problematic. At foot of point 1, apartment is suitable for 4 at max. and ideal for 2.1. Bedroom 2 has no window and measures 5 feet by 6 feet. It is the equivalent of asking people to sleep on the shelves of a small walk-in hot press.2. The site describes the apartment as having "Parking". The apartment did not have it`s own parking space and shared parking was scarce or 4 minutes away.3. Apartment very damp on take-up and for the first week.
